Exchanges & Refunds

We want every piece of Bella Lueur jewelry you own to bring you joy. If for any reason it doesn’t, we’re here to help.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Sale, clearance, and custom/personalized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Exchanges must be of equal value to the original item. If the replacement is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • Refunds are only provided where required by law.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, or an item may arrive damaged. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right.

  • Once you contact our team, you have 14 days to return the item.
  • Items are at the buyer’s risk until received by Bella Lueur.
  • Delicate pieces, such as rings or jewelry set with stones, should be handled with extra care to avoid loss or damage.

Our Jewelry Guarantee

We stand behind every piece of Bella Lueur jewelry. Our premium guarantee covers stones falling out of jewelry (excluding rings) and discoloration not caused by misuse.

  • While the guarantee formally lasts for 6 months from the date of purchase, our jewelry is designed and crafted to last a lifetime with proper care.
  • If a stone falls out or discoloration occurs within this period, we will always take action. At our discretion, we will either repair the item or provide a replacement, ensuring your jewelry continues to shine.
  • This guarantee applies to all Bella Lueur jewelry, is limited to the issues described above, and is subject to the Terms & Conditions on our main page.
