Welcome to Bella Lueur Jewelry ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and online store (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or misuse the Site or our services.
2. Products & Descriptions
We specialize in jewelry products, including pieces featuring high-quality simulated diamonds. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Shekels and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment providers. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery times across Israel are 1–6 business days from the time of purchase. International delivery time is up to 7 business days from the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Bella Lueur is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier issues.
International Orders & Import Charges
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance charges, handling fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country or charged by the courier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are collected directly by local authorities or the courier. Bella Lueur Jewelry has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
5. Returns & Exchanges
This return and exchange policy applies only to items purchased online through our website and forms an integral part of these Terms. This policy is governed by and complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981).
5.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
All jewelry items (necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets) that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged, or that are custom-made or personalized, are not eligible for return or exchange.
5.2 Refunds
Where a return is approved under the law:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
We may deduct a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless otherwise required by law
Refunds are provided strictly in accordance with applicable law. Assistance offered beyond statutory requirements does not constitute a general right to a refund.
5.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping for returns or exchanges may be provided by Bella Lueur at the cost and responsibility of the buyer
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Items are at the buyer’s risk until received by Bella Lueur
5.4 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility rules as returns (unused, unworn, undamaged) and must comply with the following:
Exchanges must be of equal value to the original item purchased
If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit
Return shipping for the original item and shipping for the replacement item are the responsibility and cost of the buyer
5.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that an item is received in a damaged condition or is materially incorrect, the customer must notify Bella Lueur Jewelry in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Upon such notification, Bella Lueur Jewelry will provide instructions for returning the item. The customer must return the item within 14 days of the date of such instructions.
Items returned under this clause remain the responsibility and risk of the customer until received by Bella Lueur Jewelry. Failure to notify Bella Lueur Jewelry within the timeframes specified above may result in the claim being denied.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide when using this Site or making a purchase will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Bella Lueur or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Lueur Jewelry, its owners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this Site, the use of any services provided, or the use of any product purchased through the Site.
All information and content provided on the Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or recommendations. Any reliance on such information is at the user’s sole discretion and risk.
Where Bella Lueur Jewelry elects to repair or replace an item under any applicable guarantee or policy, such repair or replacement shall constitute full and final resolution of the customer’s claim.
In any event, Bella Lueur Jewelry’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Warranties & Jewelry Guarantee
Except as expressly stated below, all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and Bella Lueur Jewelry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bella Lueur Jewelry provides a limited Jewelry Guarantee as follows:
- The Jewelry Guarantee covers stones falling out of jewelry excluding rings, and discoloration not caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or improper care
- The Jewelry Guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase
- If an issue covered by the Jewelry Guarantee arises within this period, Bella Lueur Jewelry will, at its sole discretion, either repair the item or provide a replacement
This Jewelry Guarantee constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Bella Lueur Jewelry and replaces all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
